Exterior design. Every line a promise.
The BMW iX5 takes up the new design language of BMW and interprets it in its own way as an SUV. The front is upright and distinctive, with unique double X icons and the illuminated BMW kidney Iconic Glow. Viewed side-on, the characteristic BMW X proportions and the long roofline make it appear powerful and elegant at the same time. Without visible door handles, the large surfaces in the side view form an imposing, monolithic sculpture. The rear has a wide, confident stance on the road.
Touch to open or close.
Sometimes it's what you can't see that makes the biggest impression. With no visible handles, the exquisitely crafted door surfaces appear as if sculpted from a single block. A gentle touch of the ergonomically perfected winglets is enough to open or close the optional automatic doors electrically, giving you an entirely new entry experience. Of course, the doors can also be opened mechanically at any time.

Make a statement with 23‑inch rims – whether elegantly styled with BMW Individual or with the sporty character of BMW M. Available from 21 inches, the optional rim sizes range up to 23 inches and give the BMW iX5 exactly the presence that suits you.

In the BMW iX5, you stay ahead with the latest technologies – including digitally. The driver-focussed BMW Panoramic iDrive display and operating system with BMW Operating System X ensures greater safety and comfort. On the BMW Panoramic Vision, you can see driving data and preferred content at a glance. Together with the Central Display in free-cut design, the standard BMW 3D Head-Up Display and the BMW Sport steering wheel, important information and functions are always ready.
